Member Agreement

1. What we are

Enthusiast Car Swap curates listings and connects members. We do not authenticate titles, guarantee vehicles, conduct inspections, handle funds, hold anything in escrow, perform title transfers or act as a party to any swap.

2. Membership

Creating an account, listing a car, review and being matched are free. A membership is required to view full vehicle details (all photos, descriptions and owner information) for matches and other suggested vehicles, to see which members want your vehicle, and to express interest and message other members. Memberships are one-time purchases for a fixed term of 3, 6 or 12 months. They do not renew automatically. Access begins when payment is confirmed and ends at the expiration time shown in your account. Purchasing another term before expiration extends your access.

3. Listings

You must own the vehicle you list and possess its title. You agree that your listing, photos and disclosures are accurate and complete. We may approve, request changes to, decline or suspend any listing at our discretion.

4. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for inspections, verification of ownership, title and lien status, payment arrangements, title transfer, registration, taxes and your decision to complete any swap.

5. Conduct

Be honest and respectful. Harassment, spam, fraud and misrepresentation are prohibited and may result in suspension.

6. Ratings

After a confirmed swap, each member may rate the other within 14 days. Ratings that include a one-star score are reviewed before publication, and the rated member may respond.
